Luisa is an intern in the Applied Organoid Technologies (AOT) Group, where she works with an alveolar organoid model with an autologous innate and adaptive immune compartment. Before joining IHB, she obtained a BSc and MSc degree in Molecular Biology at the University of Basel. Her Master thesis was focused on the antibiotic treatment of bacterial infections on a 3D lung epithelial tissue model.
