Nadine is IHB’s People & Culture Business Partner. She joined Roche in 2002 and has supported various business functions across Roche. She aligns the IHB People & Culture agenda with the IHB vision, Pharma strategy, and Roche’s 10-year ambition. She’s also the People & Culture Business Partner Network Coach for Switzerland – Austria. Nadine holds a diploma in Business Management and has worked in Germany, the US, South Africa and Switzerland.
