Giulia Rancati is Head of Lab Infrastructure and Operations in the Lab Operations group. Driven by her interest in fostering optimal research environments, she ensures IHB’s laboratories operate efficiently to support scientific success. Her background includes managing a lab in Singapore focusing on cellular evolution. In 2020, Giulia joined Roche, where she initially oversaw an immunology incubator and later supported lab operations optimization in procurement. She holds a PhD in Industrial Biotechnology (Molecular Genetics).
