Erika is IHB’s Finance Business Partner. She provides strategic financial insights to support decision-making and optimise resource allocation, ensuring alignment with IHB’s vision and mission. She collaborates with all IHB groups on budgeting, forecasting and workforce management. Erika holds a Master’s in Business Management and has supported various organisations within Roche, both in Commercial and R&D.
