Andrea is the Employee Training and Development Driver. She is responsible for designing training and development plans, defining the onboarding process, and supporting individual career development. Andrea joins the IHB from the Roche People & Culture organisation. Prior to moving to Basel, Andrea worked in California tech start-ups in various HR roles. Andrea holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from San Jose State University in California and a Master’s in International Human Resource Management from the University of Essex.
