Quan is a postdoctoral researcher in computational biology. He applies and develops computational methods to analyse single-cell transcriptome and chromatin accessibility data. His research aims to understand fundamental mechanisms involved in the development of the human gastrointestinal tract or the pathogenesis of related diseases, through the characterisation of primary tissues and organoids of the gastrointestinal tract.
