Jean-Samuel works on improving current in vitro central nervous system models. He uses biological and engineering approaches to guide and control the self-organisation of stem cells into relevant structures. Ultimately, he seeks to use these improved models in high-throughput screening experiments to answer crucial biological questions and accelerate drug discovery and development.
