During her internship, Rya works on dissecting the crosstalk between hormone-producing and immune cells of the intestine, which has implications for both immune and metabolic homeostasis. Rya holds a BSc in Health Sciences and Technology from ETH, and is currently completing her MSc in Biotechnology at ETH.
