José leads the Microtechnologies group. His team focuses on generating novel microfluidic platforms integrated with biosensors to analyse biological systems across different scales. He is thrilled by the challenge of engineering new microtools to push the frontier of organoid culture and microphysiological systems to bring them closer to physiological relevance.
