Linjie Lu is a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Pathobiology of Endodermal Organs group. She’ll leverage the IHB’s expertise in human models to decipher disease mechanisms. Linjie is particularly interested in applying biophysical and quantitative approaches to deepen our understanding of diseases, with the ultimate goal of identifying new potential treatments.
She earned her MSc in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Paris Descartes. Linjie then obtained her PhD with Daniel Riveline at the University of Strasbourg, France, where her work focused on understanding morphogenesis, specifically the dynamics and shapes of organoids.
