Mitsugu is a Principal Scientist in the Metabolic Homeostasis group. He is passionate about how nutrients impact physiology and how mal/overnutrition causes human diseases. At IHB, Mitsugu aims to establish an organ-on-chip to model the communication between adipose tissue and the central nervous system.
